Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods
At the end of the teacher studies, you write a teacher development plan, where you think about the developmental needs of your competence, and look at the prospects of further education and future possibilities of your own field. The purpose of the development plan is to make visible your goal-oriented, continuous development as a teacher even after the teacher studies. The starting point for creating a development plan is the self-assessment you make during your studies and the reflection of your expertise.
You present your development plan in a manner of your own choosing. There will be several dates available, so you can select a suitable one. The development plan presentation can be in the form of an interactive event, a performance involving a student group, a drama presentation, a photo exhibition, an oral narrative, a video, a poem, a monologue, etc. In total, it is should not exceed 30 minutes (incl. discussion). The development plan can also take place online
