| Osaamistavoitteet | To understand and practice the principles of leading people and managing things in teaching and guiding process. |
| Sisältö | The personal example is not the best way how to lead others, is the only one. The teachers are often in their leading position concentrated to their tasks and "TIME MANAGEMENT". In the same time they have not clear the main values of their profession, the ethical principles of teachers, what is the real goal in their "LIFE MANAGEMENT". Therefore the special training is held to create vision and Mission Statement, to communicate and attract people we want to cooperate with. We´ll know more about processes inside groups, effective teambuilding and creative cooperation. |
