Neuroplasticity, in order to foster resiliency, can be enhanced in many different ways. There is hardly any literature that would cover multimodal utilization of conjoint interventions like kinesiological and anthropological features of partner- based exercises such as ChiSao, and tactile bodywork with hypnosis. Integrative internalization of stable plasticity can be anchored through such practice as a proprioceptive metaphor, to describe the relationship between alpha and beta factors of the five factors personality theory, teaching the subject, how to integrate paradoxical mental content. Enormous benefit of interpersonal touch is epigenetic modulation of oxytocin, due to its involvement in a wide range of social, parental and stress-related behaviors. Since epigenetic processes operate as an interface between genetics and environment, environmental cues and incentives, can have significant impact on gene expression, tapping at the roots of biological resources for resiliency.
