At Oamk, we are committed to build a more sustainable future. By sustainable development we mean ecologically, socially, culturally and economically sustainable development. Responsibility is our value. We produce knowledge about sustainability openly and extensively. This is a one way to strengthen our handprint in the development of society.

Sustainable development is integrated into all studies. In addition, our students can take separate courses related to, for example, climate change and sustainable development. We are part of the Climate University network.
