Business Competence
The graduate:
- understands essential business processes and functions
- understands the role of ICT within an organization and its supportive role in business processes and their development
- is able to develop business processes using ICT
- understands the purpose of contracts, offers, licences, and immaterial rights in his/her work
- is able to serve customers
- is able to utilize e-Business tools and possibilities
Communication and interaction

Creativity, working life skills and entrepreneurship
- Masters the skills and knowledge required in working life and is able to realistically evaluate and develop him/herself both as an individual and as a worker.
- Is able to creatively foster ideas and is capable of working in a diversified and flexible manner.
- Is able to identify business opportunities and is familiar with the main stages in the creation of new business activity.
Digital Media Competence
The graduate:
- knows the basic concepts of digital media
- is able to design, create and publish web applications
- understands the importance of the usability and user interface of a software product
- is able to evaluate digital products
- is aware of and respects the copyright of a digital product
- is able to plan and implement corporate communication activities through digital media channels
- understand and is able to use internet services and social media tools
Entrepreneurship competence
- is able to network with actors in his/her own field

ICT Infrastructure Competence
The graduate:
- understands the purpose and principles of the main network component (hardware and software components) and services

The graduate:
- understands information systems as a whole
- understands the production, acquisition and deployment processes of an information system
