| Objectives | A student will compare the needs of the industry she/he is studying in relation to the other industries. A student will act as the expert of the field she/he is studying for a team. A student will analyse his/ her competences for team work and as part of an interdisciplinary process. A student will critically reflect on his/her own strengths and areas to develop. A student will apply the knowledge gained in different situations when working in a team. A student will assess actively and plan consciously in relation to the learning objectives associated with his/her own competences and performance as well as the competences and performance of one’s team mates. A student will assess his/her personal plans for a career from an entrepreneurial mindset. A student will produce a concrete demonstration of a solution, a demo, as a result of participating in the learning process. The demo will be completed in co-operation with an interdisciplinary and multicultural team. The demo should be viable from a business, cost, quality and sustainability point of view. As a part of her/his team student will present the demo to the experts of the industry and business. A student will explain his/her approach and develop solutions according to the principles of an entrepreneurial mindset. A student will use his/her skills to communicate about professional matters as well as the solution developed. A student will communicate with his/her team members, different professionals and stakeholders. A student will make a report that is easy to understand and consistent. The report will be completed according to instructions for Oamk thesis work (2014). The work is completed both as an expert of one’s industry and as part of an interdisciplinary team. A student will develop networks with professionals in his/ her field of industry, companies and other students nationally and internationally. |
