| Objectives | The student can design and construct a web shop with a real (commercial or open source) platform and apply practical tools in her/his own business case and solve practical business issues relating to e-entrepreneurship taking into account terms and regulations of e-shopping. The student can select and use tools for page layout, settings concerning tax calculation, delivery and payment, country settings, e-mail, shopping basket, and products. The student can create and manage new products; prices, inventory, delivery, images, categories, variations, cross-selling, portals, product types, price lists, search statistics, product ratings. The student can create the system how to manage customers. The student can manage the contents of the web shop (suppliers, products etc). The student can create and manage appointments, design and edit the layout and styles (flash banners, videoclips), choose templates, page elements and navigation. The student can create and manage the system to take orders, create and use marketing tools; newsletter campaigns, coupons, product portals, search engine registration, web analytics, product recommendations, product inquiries, social media. The student can discover ways to build and manage a reliable e-brand using efficient e-communication strategies and methods. |
