Objectives | The student understands and can describe the importance of knowledge management as a success factor of modern companies and public organizations. The student can describe the principles of tacit and explicit knowledge and the conversion processes of knowledge. The student recognizes some example processes of creating, distributing and sharing knowledge and knows some typical tools used for knowledge management in organizations. |
