pass/fail The student implements outpatient care independently or under guidance, and: - is able to plan, implement and evaluate care and justify decisions - understands factors connected to the evaluation of care and service needs and implements evaluation independently or under guidance - is familiar with different ways of carrying out remote care - supports adherence - acknowledges counselling needs from the perspectives of a patient and the healthcare professional - is able to implement patient centered and empowering counselling methods - is familiar with and able to implement the phases of the patient education process - implements methods for health promotion, early support and prevention - carries out examinations and care in an outpatient setting - utilizes a multidisciplinary network (clients, professionals, family, patient organizations) - utilizes electronic tools in nursing care - implements patient documentation according the care process - acknowledges ethical situations and implements ethical guidelines The student knows the service system, networks and care pathways connected to the practice placement The student recognizes needs for development and suggests solutions for them The student evaluates and developes their skills in a goal-oriented way. |
