I know the most important concepts related to learning and teaching. I build and open the foundations of my pedagogical thinking based on experience and present it. I open my views. I evaluate the development of competence, my strengths and development needs. good (3-4) I analyse the concepts of learning and teaching and give examples of my experience. I analyse the values and ethical principles guiding the teacher's activities and provide examples of the working methods of an ethical teacher. I build the foundation of my pedagogical thinking based on scientific knowledge. I base my views on applicable scientific literature and other materials. I evaluate the development of competence, my strengths and development needs. excellent (5) I evaluate pedagogical phenomena and present critical or new insights or perspectives based on suitable knowledge. | Further Information | The course is part of the vocational teacher's pedagogical studies (total 60 CR). If the student wishes to take into account the previously acquired competence, or wishes to have an alternative method of completion of the course, the student initiates the accreditation process.
