I describe the core phenomena, teaching culture and methods related to learning the skills of the dance genre. I evaluate the development of competence and my development needs and strengths. |

Basic skills and technique of the dance genre: competence and coordination of movement combinations, breathing, core support and body support, alignments, grounding, weight transfer and basic directions of movement.
