Prerequisites | If necessary, the student and teacher / tutor teacher/ /guidance counsellor agrees other recommended studies in HOPS discussions. |
Objectives | I understand dance and art both as an absolute value and a tool for the child's holistic development. I know the possibilities of dance in the school environment. I understand what kind of learning preconditions and needs may occur in teaching children. I analyze suitable music choices for teaching children. I operate in the constructive interaction in both the teacher's and the learner's role. I participate in the collecting of common studying material. I understand dance education as a basis for the implementation of a school dance. |
Content | The methods of teaching dance. Dance exercises and music are suitable for children. Interaction and learning guidance, evaluation and feedback on children's dance teaching. School dance. Dance and Art education |
Recommended optional programme components | If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan. |
Accomplishment methods | Active participation in studies. Working constructively in the role of both teacher and learner. Drawing up a curriculumn plan. The student can propose an alternative way of demonstrating performance and competence by initiating the accreditation procedure (HOT) in Peppi.
