AT00CV96 Choreographic project (4 cr)
Prerequisites Preliminary skills for the required objectives of the course.
Objectives I plan the content and realisation of the project and participate in the implementation of the production in a predefined framework. I work as a choreographer, as well as a dancer for a small group composition in short dance production.I am stating reasons for applying various methods of creating choreography. I recognize the most fundamental dramaturgic elements of the dance work. I utilize pedagogical views in guiding the dance and performing skills of dancers at different stages of the process. I plan and implement the audiovisual elements of the production in a pre-determined budget. I participate in the design and implementation of costumes, make up, props and / or audiovisual elements and describe the importance of these elements in the performance. I describe the artistic point of views to all needed purposes. I interact with other productive entities and articulate the artistic content of my work for the necessary uses. I am actively evolving my work of art in line with received feedback.
Content Elements and structure of the choreographic process. Work as a dancer in a performance production. Composition, choreographic methods and dramaturgy of movement. Improvisation techniques. Planning and implementing the elements of stage production: design, props, makeup and costumes. Music and the sound design in a choreographic work. Feedback processes.
