Objectives | The student will be able to - explain the importance of human resource management methods in local management - apply evidence-based knowledge to the competence requirements of oral health care close managerial work - act as an oral health care expert and team leader in a multidisciplinary team - internalise the principles of continuing professional development and lifelong learning. - apply the principles of sustainable development in the work of an oral hygienist |
