Objectives 1. The student assesses the challenges and conditions for continuous renewal and innovation in the social and health sector in a changing environment.
2. The student analyses the importance of strengthening resilience in managing reform in the workplace
3. The student analyses the management of multi-disciplinary teams and networks as contributors to organisational excellence
4. The student assesses the role of the innovation ecosystem in promoting organisational renewal capacity
5.The student develops an evidence-based action plan for leading reform

1.The student describes and defines the concepts of self-renewal, renewal capacity and resilience. He/she examines theories of reform management and the role of self-change, reform capability and resilience in a changing environment.
2. The student becomes familiar with the characteristics of resilience and its determinants. They describe ways to improve resilience in the workplace and how to support and manage staff motivation in situations of renewal.
3. The student becomes familiar with the key elements of network management and describes them in the promotion of organizational competence.
4. The student becomes familiar with the characteristics of the innovation ecosystem. He/she describes the opportunities and challenges of the innovation ecosystem in promoting innovation capacity.
5. The student plans a concrete action plan for innovation management.
6. The student describes in his/her expertise and management competence diary his/her understanding and competence in managing reform.
7. The student uses research and expert sources in dealing with the given topics, with emphasis on expert sources.
