The education enables the students to deepen their ability to implement the organisation and personnel management, and gain economic and entrepreneurship competence. The students deepen their knowledge about the connections between their own actions and leadership, and learn to improve their personnel management skills.

Master¿s level graduates gain competence for planning, expert and management tasks in different sectors in the field of health and social care.The education will be implemented as multi-modal teaching, i.e. contact training and distance learning in a web-based environment.
