| Objectives | Student - practices client-centred counselling and, where possible, assess the impact of a woman's pregnancy, childbirth or other health change as part of the nursing process. - identify and address sexual and reproductive health issues related to different ages and life situations (including the impact of illness and medication). - can apply evidence-based knowledge in maternity and/or gynaecological nursing when working in different care settings and take into account the specificities of women's nursing. |
| Content | Caring for women in different settings. The process of caring for women and the family. Sexuality disclosure. Sexual and reproductive health counselling. |
