Prerequisites	Modern Construction Management
Objectives	The student knows client's demands in building processes and he is able to make LCA-analysis. He knows what Total Quality Management means in practice and is able to make cost estimation of annual running costs in different building types. He is also able to make long periodical repair plan.
Content	1. Common contract forms 2. LCA-analysis 3. Systematical maintenance and cost estimation technics 4. Preventive repair policy and principles of long periodical repair planning
