TF00BN74	Communication and Work Community Skills (5 cr)
Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	The student is able to assess and develop the skills of the communication and Finnish language needed in studies and working life. He is able to prepare and carry out communication taking account of the objective, situation and receiver. The student is able to communicate in an appropriate way in the communication situations of the field. He is able to prepare and carry out different kinds of presentations and knows how to perform in the meetings of the working life. T he student is able to write a formal style report according to the instructions and illustrate the text. In addition, he is able to use the central source material of the field and write the bibliography and the references. The student is also able to use the document standard and write a revised text using the notations of the field. The student has the keys to a successful job application process.
Content	Communication skills of the studies and the professional field. Different kinds of communication situations of the field. Communication of formal style. Field-specific content and emphasis considering the curriculum of the degree programme.
