| Objectives | The student knows the most common working methods used in house building and understands that only a good work plan can ensure effective, economical, high-quality and safety construction project. Student knows principles of using equipment and tools, also the basic logistics of construction site. |
| Content | Content of different construction phases, construction methods, working safety. Organizing of construction site, work plans. Earth works, excavation plan. Demolition works, demolition plan. Foundation works. Frame works of reinforced concrete structures. Element works of reinforced concrete, installation plan of elements, lifting work plan. Frame works of steel structures. Roof works. Masonry works. Hepac and integration of different working phases. Indoor woodwork and surface structures. Commissioning. |
