Objectives The student knows the basic concepts of dialogic guidance and applies them different fields of expertise.
The student applies a client-centred guidance process.
The student identifies future needs and challenges in guidance competence and responds to them using elements of dialogical guidance.
The student uses his skills to provide client-centred guidance to different target groups in a variety of guidance contexts.
