Description


OQ00EH94 Radiological image interpretation (3 cr)
Prerequisites The student has passed most of the professional studies of radiography before the Radiology studies. The student masters the basic knowledge of different radiological examinations and knows what is the radiograher's responsibility in them.
Objectives With the help of various imaging techniques the student familiarizes him/herself with the most common pathological conditions persons in different age groups may have. The student gains knowledge needed to be able to provide a justification for the use of various imaging techniques in the overall medical care of patients.
Content Radiological image interpretation in respiratory and skeletal plain X-ray imaging and other areas of radiology.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
