Objectives	The student knows the main principles of project work. They can apply them to the development of the radiography and radiotherapy field.
Content	Project structure and design. Project management and organisation. Project segmentation and phasing. Project planning tools and methods. Project scheduling, resourcing, budget, tasks, division of work and risk analysis. Project communication and documentation. Methods of development work.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	Working in small groups to plan the project. Organising at least two project meetings and documenting. Project implementation, reporting and evaluation.
