pass/fail To pass: 1. A student demonstrates the principles of design thinking and gives examples of them in the use of service development. 2. A students compares service development with product development by using a theoretical framework. 3. A student familiarizes with the articles on service innovation and describes the characteristics of service innovation by using a theoretical framework. 4. A student plans how to develop a service with the theoretical framework that is chosen by a student. 5. A student productizes a service with the help of a theoretical framework. |
