The objective of the degree programme in Service Business Development is to increase student's capabilities to develop services and service businesses. The degree programme is multidisciplinary, and students from different Master's degree programmes study together.

The degree programme increases student's skill and competencies to work as a manager, leader and service expert both in the private and public sector as well as an entrepreneur.

Online courses are the primary means for organizing studies. There is approximately one contact teaching day per month. Study assignments are related to the student's work and workplace. The project portfolio of OUAS offers also possibilities for the students.
