| Objectives | Instrument or Music Theory as Major: I recognize and know the typical topics of my instrument/major and guide their practice/learning. I am familiar with the methodological and pedagogical repertoire and/or key learning materials of my major. I choose suitable repertoire and learning materials according to my student's needs. I observe the learning and progress of my students. I plan teaching in a learner-oriented and goal-oriented manner. I give informed and continuous feedback. I support my pupil's self-assessment and independent learning. I reflect on my pedagogical activities in a versatile way. Music Technology as Major: I expand my pedagogical understanding by following the general development of the music technology industry. I participate in the music technology seminar as an active member of the community. I can give a logically structured presentation on a topic I study in the field of music technology. I reflect on my pedagogical activities in a versatile way. |
| Content | Instrument or Music Theory as Major: Observing the learning and progress of my practice students. Planned and goal-oriented teaching. The meaning and form of continuous feedback in lessons. Supporting the pupil's self-assessment and independent learning. Self-assessment of own pedagogical competence. Music Technology as Major: The study course is organized annually as a seminar. Students and teachers present their recent findings, especially from a pedagogical point of view. Theme discussions are organized on various topics of music technology. The seminar may also include an external program/visits. |

I compile an instructional video on the selected pedagogical topic. I make lesson plans according to separate instructions. I demonstrate my competence through demonstrations and separately assigned assignments. I reflect and evaluate my pedagogical activities. Music Technology as Major: Active participation in the seminar. Presentation of student work in an appropriate manner. |
