Objectives I understand the operating principles of experimental sound synthesis methods and can apply them as tools for musical expression.
I envisage the possibilities of sound live coding from the perspective of performing arts.
I can use various sound editing and processing tools as part of my musical expression with a digital audio workstation.
Content During the course, some of the more experimental sound synthesis methods are introduced, such as granular syntheses and synthetic modeling of physical instruments. The course introduces the possibilities of live coding as a tool for creative musical expression. The contents of the course also cover the latest audio editing and processing tools as audio workstation plugin programs.
