Objectives	I plan and instruct pedagogical activities regularly, responsibly and in a goal-oriented manner. I take care of a good learning atmosphere. I support the development of my student's creativity and expression. In my guidance, I take into account the dynamics of the group and the individual needs of the learners. I choose the appropriate pedagogical repertoire. I can focus my observation on the key pedagogical phenomena of the lessons and analyze them. I take care of my duties in the operations of Johtosävel responsibly I know the principles of board work and act in accordance with them. I give constructive and developmental feedback.
Content	The content is determined by the student's principal instrument, major and professional orientation. Parts common to all: Instruction of group activities that include inclusion, experientiality and creativity, responsibilities in Johtosävel, Board work- Instrument pedagogues in addition: Preparing the pupils to perform. Differentiated: Instrument pedagogues: Individual teaching practice 4 cr Students majoring in theory: Regular group teaching practice 4 ects Music technology majors: Regular individual or group teaching practice 4 cr

Further Information	As a rule, supervised teaching practice takes place at the Music School Johtosävel. For instrument pedagogues and students majoring in theory, the course includes a teaching sample lasting approximately 45 minutes, which is accompanied by a feedback discussion between the supervising teacher, colleague and student.
