Objectives I evaluate and reflect my own competence, expertise and strengths analyzing development during my studies.
I compile my own competence portfolio.

I innovate solutions to my employability and describe my knowledge of the perspectives of work-life needs and career planning.

Articulation and demonstration of own competence.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods Development and presentation of a portfolio describing competence. Peer review and feedback.

Close studies will take place over several years.

I look at the future prospects of my field, innovate employment solutions and reflect on my future goals as a professional teacher in the arts sector.
I use the competence assessments, reflections and feedback I have collected during my studies and in working life to draw up a development plan.
I will prepare and present a comprehensive competence portfolio that presents competence, which includes a career plan, future reflection, presentation of competence and my pedagogical philosophy/vision.
I give constructive oral and/or written peer feedback.
I evaluate my skills, development needs and strengths.

Further Information The course is part of the vocational teacher's pedagogical studies (total 60 CR).

If the student wants the previously acquired competence taken in to account or wants to propose an alternative method of completion, the student initiates the accreditation of competence procedure (HOT) in Peppi.
