Prerequisites	The syllabus of mother tongue in the upper secondary school or equivalent in Finnish-speaking education.
Objectives	Student knows how to use written communication skills required for especially studying and work life. Student understands requirements for language in different communication situations.
Content	Various text genres, grammar, writing process.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
