MA00BS74	Practical Training in Working Life (7 cr)
Prerequisites	MA00BS72 Opetusharjoittelu 3
Objectives	Student knows the ways to find employment and possible tasks in the working life on the basis of his training. The student knows Music Pedagogue's working environments and the rulings and plans instructing the activities. The students identify the significance of an individual's behavior on an organization's success, work welfare and work atmosphere. The students can describe their own responsibility as a member of work community and can set goals and analyze their own actions in different duties during their work careers. The students can use groups and teams in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural work community.
Content	The course consists of two parts: Practical Training in Working Life 4 cr and Work Community Skills 3 cr Practical Training in Working Life 4 cr: A versatile introduction to a Music Pedagogue's working tasks, to the rulings and plans instructing the activities and to the working environments. A written report. Work Community Skills 3 cr: Management skills, employment options and models, employee and organizational citizenship skills, teamworking skills, managerial communication, work welfare, work safety.
