M2071MS	Body Care of a Musician (3 cr)
Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	Students are able to take care of their own body and understand the importance of body care in their profession.
Content	Different relaxation methods, breathing exercises, different muscle training and stretching methods. Balance and coordination training.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
