M2021YS	The Portfolio of Pedagogical Competence (4 cr)

Objectives	The student is able to reflect and present their own learning, competence and teaching. The student can use professional concepts in a learned manner and can combine them into entities fluently. The student is able to present innovative solutions to becoming employed and they are able to describe their own competence from the perspectives of working life and career planning. The student is able to compile a portfolio.
Content	Reflection on one's own learning, artistic competence and teaching. Actively applying and developing the procedures of teacher hood and their own vocational field. Career planning. Compiling and presenting a portfolio.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
