The aim of the Degree Programme in Business Development is to develop student¿s own competences in strategic management, business processes, human resource management and leadership.

The programme consists of core competences in business, modelling and managing business processes. The programme gives a student an opporturnity to develop his/her skills as a leader, specialist or entrepreneur. The programme is meant for part-time students. Learning happens mostly in net. Lectures are held once a month (one day). Student is developing his/her own job and organisation by exercises and Master¿s Thesis.
