Prerequisites Basics of Marketing and Sales 5 cr
Objectives The student knows how to apply the key analysis and design models of strategic thinking and marketing and sales management and make plans and decisions related to marketing and customer relationship management based on them.

The student knows the responsibilities of marketing and sales management and the importance of their cooperation in business development. The student understands the whole of customer experience and customer relationship management. The student understands the importance of management with knowledge in business.
