The study programme will consist of 60 ECTS and it can be divided into three parts:
- Advanced professional competences 15 ECTS,
- Advanced generic competences 15 ECTS,
- Thesis 30 ECTS.
The aim of the professional specialisation studies is to teach Lean management and the Lean management culture. The aim is to improve the ability to work in management and development roles. At the heart of the degree programme is a practical approach, which is particularly emphasised in the delivery of the professional specialisation studies.
At the start of their studies, students will start to work in their field of development, either from a production, process or service development perspective, following Lean principles. The aim is to start developing a company in the world of Lean. In this thesis, the student will put his/her applied research into practice.
Most of the studies are designed to be carried out flexibly in terms of time and place. The studies include seminars held in conjunction with the various courses, where students present their own research through articles.
