Objectives	Student describes how the strategy and quality assurance guide his her own work and the action of different kinds of organizations. Student describes and analyses the leadership as well as the methods of leadership in organisations. Student assess the economical facts and costs of organisations producing the service. Student recognises and analyses the developmental needs of organisations as well as new possibilities to do business.
Content	Leadership in health and social services. Strategy. Quality assurance system. Multidisciplinary teamwork. Team management. Economy. Costs of the service. Enterpreneurship. The process of enterpreneurship. Business possibilities. Proficiency test of general nursing competencies.
