| Prerequisites | Professional Conduct of Nurse-Midwife s completed during first year or will be completed as soon as possible (students in Midwifery studies with previous RN degree). The student has completed at least 140 CR in nursing degree programs. |
| Objectives | Student recognizes individual, cultural and environmental factors which are related to women´s health in different ages. is able to promote sexual- and reproductive health in midwifery care and guide the patient and the family in sexual- and reproductive questions in nursing. is able to care and guide gynecological patients in different midwifery care environments. anticipates and analyzes changes in woman´s health and know how to act in a multiprofessional team. |

I am familiar with different approaches to women's health and midwifery but cannot justify my choices. My theoretical knowledge is narrow and limited. good (3-4) I will justify what I have learned based on theoretical knowledge of women's health and midwifery. I describe and apply the causal relationships between phenomena and concepts related to gynaecological midwifery. I will reflect on what I have learned in terms of practical examples. excellent (5) I relate and apply theoretical knowledge to the professional context of women's health and gynaecological midwifery. I understand the complexities of women's health and gynaecological midwifery and the causal relationships between them. Evaluate and justify different options for women's nursing solutions from the perspective of applied examples. |
