Prerequisites -
Objectives 1. The student understands basic concepts and theories of collaborative development.
2. The student acknowledges various levels of influence and participation within collaborative development.
3. The student understands the connection between agency, participation and decision-making.
4. The student applies collaborative methods supporting decision-making to development projects in working life.
Content Theoretical basis of collaborative development. Planning, implementing and evaluating collaborative process. Methods enhancing participation and agency.
Recommended optional programme components If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.

2. The student separates various levels of influence and participation.
3. The student evaluates how these various levels affect the agency of the participants.
4. The student applies several participation and decision supportive methods to an authentic working life development case. The student assess their benefit to small group's co-development.
