TY00CH39	Virtual Business Simulation and Management (5 cr)
Prerequisites	Not applicable
Objectives	1. A student understands and analyses how the decision-making of business processes, strategic decision-making and supply chain management, affects into a company´s capability to make successful business. 2. Student understand and analyses how the international, dispersed, real-time team work between the participants affects a company´s success in a business.
Content	business processes, strategic decision-making, supply chain management, virtual work, cultural differences, global work
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
Accomplishment methods	Individual and group learning activities in Moodle learning management system. More exact information in Moodle. The study module takes place within a few weeks period, which includes two simulation days, two weeks apart, and a time in-between for self-reflective essays. More information at vibu.fi/
