Prerequisites	Approved plan for the project or study.
Objectives	The student can - implement his/her plan of thesis according to the contracts and resources available - collect and analyse data or implement a functional thesis (f.ex. intervention, product, event, application etc.) - utilize the basic knowledge and apply research or development methods meaningfully and appropriately - work ethically in a responsible and safe way - solve the problems during the process constructively - work systematically and a custom- and goal-oriented way in work-life related projects
Content	Group guidance primarily in workshops. Student conferences twice a year.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
