TG00EI30 Thermodynamics (3 cr)
Prerequisites No prerequisites.
Objectives The student is familiar with the fundamentals of thermodynamics and can apply them to processes in energy technology and the circular economy.
Content Fundamental concepts of thermodynamics. The first and second laws of thermodynamics. Mass and energy balance for closed and open systems. Entropy. Ideal gas mixtures and psychrometric applications.
