Objectives The student is familiar with the basics of flow in energy and HVAC systems.
Content Basic concepts. Frictional flow. Flow in pipes. Parallel flows.

You are familiar with the fundamentals and basic variables of fluid mechanics and you can calculate them in technical processes.

You understand the presence of flow resistances in flow systems and you can, through calculations, assess their impact on the sizing of flow channels and the dynamics of the flow.

You size flow systems while considering the conditions set for them. You can justify the choices you make.
