Objectives	-Recognize and analyze the characteristics of Finnish education system in different levels. -Explain and compare the basic principles of different educational systems and lifelong learning. -Use the theoretical knowledge, key concepts and the terminology of education in different levels. -Analyze the development and progression of educational systems and learning methods in local and global context. -Apply the latest knowledge of the educational field in developing your project. -Categorize and analyze different educational trends and digital learning solutions. -Apply and design different learning and teaching solutions in your own learning process and project work. -Understand the strategy of entrepreneurship in education in the educational institutions and local organizations. -Interact in the networks promoting entrepreneurship in education. -Apply and develop entrepreneurship in your project.

Exam Schedule
No exams. The course evalution is based on the assignments submitted by the student during and at the end of the course.

International Connections
The course will be exploring the fielf of education both from the Finnish and global perspective. The course includes a COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) activity with a university outside Finland.

Student's Time Use and Workload
In this module the instructor will rely on students’ self-­drive and goal achievement orientation to create a productive experience. It is expected that we will meet for approximately 16 hours of in-­class/online session time and 2 x 60 min of individual coaching. Attendance is highly recommended at all sessions - it will be difficult for students to submit quality work without attending sessions in person.

Students should expect to spend up to 2 additional hours on studying curated readings/videos, and online materials. Homework assignments will vary in complexity and may take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours to complete, depending on the theme of the assignment.

Students' work will be evaluated based on:

Assignments: Quality and timeliness of submitted assignments. There will be an assignment(s) after each session. Assignments will be focused on building each student’s venture/innovation pedagogical background and learning impact.

Reflections: Activity and taking part in discussions both during the synchronous sessions and in the course module in Teams.
