O1055BA	Basics of Analytics and Point of Care Testing (3 cr)
Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	The student has knowledge of natural sciences and their potential in bioanalytical methods and equipments. The student has familiarized him/herself with the basic methods used in bioanalytics.
Content	Macroscopic and optical examination, and particle counting. Chemical reactions in analytics. Photometry and methods based on electric phenomena. Kinetic measuring and enzyme kinetics. Immunochemical methods. Automatic analysers and analysing methods. Point of care testing. Pulmonary function tests.
