| Objectives | The student deepens his/her knowledge of customership in laboratory practice and the role of a biomedical laboratory scientist in nursing care and point-of-care. The student develops skills in customer service, teaching and counselling, and familiarizes him/herself with treatments given by biomedical laboratory scientists. |
| Content | Clients of laboratories. Process management and internal entrepreneurship. Patient clients and treatment readiness. Legislation in health care. Counselling materials. Planning, implementation and assessment of teaching. |
