O1017BA	Microbiology, Practical Training (3 cr)
Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	The student demonstrates ability to apply microbiological methods to the examination of micro-organisms. The student has gained knowledge and skills to perform laboratory examinations accurately and safely.
Content	The most common microbiological methods. Bacteriology, mycology, parasitology and virology: identification of clinically significant micro-organisms.
Recommended optional programme components	If necessary, the student advisor will recommend optional programme components for each student based on their individual study plan.
