O1013BA	Clinical Chemistry , Practical Training (3 cr)
Prerequisites	No prerequisites needed.
Objectives	The student demonstrates ability to apply knowledge about clinical chemical testing methods in practise and use the laboratory equipment. The student has gained skills required for carrying out clinical chemical tests, quality assessment and follow-up. The student is able to make a good use of the multi-channel analyser, perform the tests accurately and maintain the analyser.
Content	Application of electrophoresis. Use and maintenance of multi-channel analyser. Assay of pharmacologic agents. Drug testing. Measurement of trace element and vitamin concentrations. Allergy tests. Clinical chemical tests: quality assessment and follow-up.
