Objectives | Student - Understand safety management as part of the culture of emergency and acute care. - Analyses the role of leadership and subordination in the development of quality management and safety culture. - Analyses the competence requirements and development challenges of customer-oriented management and leadership in emergency services - Evaluate their own leadership and management methods |
Content | - Decision-making processes in leadership - Strategic leadership at political, national and welfare region level, and the strategies that guide action - Safety management and safety culture as part of strategy and day-to-day operations - Development and management of risk management and preparedness - Management of day-to-day situations |
