Prerequisites | Finnish Language I or equivalent knowledge of Finnish (Proficiency level A1) . |
Objectives | The student can function in everyday situations. The student identifies some differences between spoken and written Finnish. The student learns to understand short texts and write short emails. The student takes an interest in developing his/her oral skills. |
Content | Vocabulary related to food, shopping, living, colours, clothes, weather, seasons and months. Finnish structures related to adjectives, partitive, possessive structure, demonstrative pronouns, consonant change and selected local cases. |
